At DOMINIO BELLANTI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process and your statutory consumer rights.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a person designated by you, receives the products.

2. Cosmetic Products and Hygiene
For sealed cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal may not apply where the product has been unsealed after delivery and is unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
For this reason, we recommend keeping cosmetic products sealed and unused if you are considering returning them.
This exception does not remove your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Where a return is permitted, products should be returned in their original condition, with their original packaging and any included accessories where reasonably possible.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, where permitted by applicable law.
4. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, we will address the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
5. Refunds
Once a valid withdrawal or return has been accepted, we will process the applicable refund within the period required by law.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Where applicable, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that they have been sent back.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered, contact us at:

7. Non-Returnable Products
Where permitted by applicable law, opened cosmetic products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for withdrawal.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
